Retirement of Michael Knottek, Senior Vice President and Secretary of Rollins, Inc.
On March 18, 2010, Mr. Michael W. Knottek notified Rollins, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intent to retire as Senior Vice President and Secretary of the Company effective April 30, 2010.
