ATLANTA, GEORGIA, On April 27, 2010: Rollins, Inc., a nationwide consumer services company (NYSE:ROL), announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular cash dividend on its common stock of $0.09 per share payable June 10, 2010 to stockholders of record at the close of business May 10, 2010.  The Company hereby incorporates by reference herein the information set forth in its Press Release dated April 27, 2010 a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
