Jerry E. Gahlhoff, Jr.
Chief Executive Officer and President
Jerry E. Gahlhoff, Jr. was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Rollins, Inc. in 2023, while retaining his prior role as President. He previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Rollins in 2020 and joined the Board of Directors in 2021.
He served as President of Specialty Brands and Vice President of Human Resources, where he oversaw the Company’s specialty brands portfolio—including HomeTeam Pest Defense, Western Pest Services, Waltham Pest Services, Northwest Exterminating, Clark Pest Control and OPC Services. He also led Human Resources and Training for all Rollins Brands.
An industry veteran, Mr. Gahlhoff began his career in 1991 as an entomologist with Wilson Pest Control Company in Winston-Salem, NC, later acquired by HomeTeam in 2001. He then moved to HomeTeam’s headquarters in Dallas, TX, serving as Vice President of Technical Services, Regional Vice President of the Florida Region and Vice President of the East Division, before becoming President of HomeTeam after Rollins acquired the company in 2008.
In 2018, Mr. Gahlhoff received the Crown Leadership Award from Pest Control Technology (PCT) magazine for his ethical leadership and contributions to the industry. He is an active member of the national professional pest control fraternity, Pi Chi Omega, and has served as a board member of Zoo Atlanta since 2023 and was appointed to the Culligan International Board of Directors in 2025. He also serves as Treasurer of the Pest Management Board of Trustees and as Vice Chairman of The Professional Pest Management Association, roles he has held since 2022 and 2024, respectively.
William Harkins
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
William (Will) Harkins was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Rollins, Inc. in June 2026. He oversees the Company’s financial operations, strategy and planning, helping to guide Rollins’ growth and long-term performance. Mr. Harkins previously served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Rollins where he had overall responsibility for the Company’s Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis organizations.
Prior to joining Rollins, Mr. Harkins served as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer & Corporate Controller at Mohawk Industries. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance leadership roles at Mars, Incorporated and The Coca-Cola Company. Mr. Harkins began his career at Ernst & Young LLP and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Georgia.
Mr. Harkins is known for combining strong financial discipline with a pragmatic, business-oriented approach, and for building high-performing teams that elevate enterprise performance.
Patrick J. Chrzanowski
President of Orkin USA
Patrick J. Chrzanowski was promoted to President of Orkin USA in 2023 and is responsible for overseeing the Company’s U.S. operations. Mr. Chrzanowski joined Orkin in 2007 and has since held multiple leadership roles, most recently serving as Midwest Division President from 2018 to 2022. Before that, he served as Northeast Division President from 2014 to 2018, Atlantic Division Sales Manager from 2012 to 2014, and Tennessee Region Manager from 2007 to 2012.
Prior to joining Orkin, Mr. Chrzanowski held various positions with Aramark Uniform Services, Terminix, and TruGreen ChemLawn.
A U.S. Navy veteran, Mr. Chrzanowski served as an Officer for 12 years before transitioning to the private sector. His military background continues to influence his commitment to discipline, leadership and operational excellence.
Stanford C. Phillips
President of Rollins Brands USA
Stanford C. Phillips serves as President of U.S. Brands for Rollins, Inc. He joined the Company in 2017 through the acquisition of Northwest Exterminating and transitioned to the Rollins Leadership Team in 2024, first as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and later that year as President of U.S. Brands. His path to Rollins follows nearly a decade of leadership at Northwest Exterminating, the company founded by his grandparents in 1951.
From 2015 to 2024, Mr. Phillips served as Co-President of Northwest Exterminating and was promoted in 2020 to Division President of Northwest Exterminating & IFC. Having grown up in the pest control business, he has extensive experience in operations, customer experience, branding and service-driven initiatives that supported Northwest’s expansion of more than 50 offices.
He has a strong focus on servant leadership, innovation, and cultural strength to support the continued growth and long-term success of Rollins Family of Brands.
Elizabeth B. Chandler
Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Elizabeth B. Chandler was appointed Chief Legal Officer of Rollins, Inc. in 2025 and continues to serve as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, roles she has held since 2013 and 2018, respectively. Since 2017, she has also overseen the Rollins Risk Management and Internal Audit teams.
Before joining Rollins in 2013, Ms. Chandler held leadership roles for Asbury Automotive from 2009 to 2012, worked as the City of Atlanta attorney from 2006 to 2009, for Mirant Corporation from 2000 to 2006, and as an Associate and Partner at Troutman Pepper from 1988 to 2000.
Ms. Chandler currently serves as Chair of the Atlanta Beltline Partnership, Inc., where she has been a board member since 2017. She is also a board member for the Georgia Research Alliance and sits on the Advisory Board of Crider Foods.
Thomas D. Tesh
Chief Customer Experience Officer
Thomas D. Tesh was promoted to Chief Customer Experience Officer in 2026. In this role, he is responsible for driving a customer focused strategy, elevating service delivery, and strengthening the company’s commitment to exceptional customer experiences across its brands.
Since joining Rollins in 2012, Mr. Tesh has held a range of senior leadership roles, including Chief Administrative Officer; Executive Vice President of Home Office Operations; and Chief Information Officer. Prior to Rollins, he held various leadership positions at ServiceMaster and Terminix from 2000 to 2012.
Renee J. Pearson
Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer
Renee J. Pearson was promoted to Chief Information Officer in 2024 and leads the Company’s technology teams, including Enterprise Applications, Shared Services, Data & Analytics, Business Relationship Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, IT Transformation and Cybersecurity.
Ms. Pearson joined Rollins, Inc. in 2023 as Group Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, where she oversaw enterprise technology strategy and modernization initiatives.
Previously, she served as Senior Vice President of IT at Republic National Distributing Company and held various leadership roles across the consumer-packaged goods industry from 1999 to 2020.
James C. Benton, Jr.
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
James C. Benton, Jr. has served as Vice President of Human Resources for Rollins, Inc. since 2023. Over his 11-year tenure with the Company, he has helped shape a strong, people-focused HR organization focused on innovation, leadership development, and operational excellence.
With over 25 years of HR experience, Mr. Benton is known for his strategic insight and people-first leadership. His background includes extensive skills in strategic planning, leadership development and organizational culture. Prior to joining Rollins in 2014, he spent over 16 years with RaceTrac Petroleum, where he played a key role in the development and expansion of the company’s HR department.
Clay W. Scherer
Senior Vice President, Operational Support
Clay W. Scherer joined Rollins, Inc. as Group Vice President of Operational Support in 2024. He oversees the Company’s Technical Services, Quality Assurance, Termite Warranty Claims and Regulatory teams. Mr. Scherer previously served as Global Research and Development Lead for Syngenta Crop Protection AG in Switzerland.
He has also held various leadership roles at Syngenta and DuPont in the United States and in key pest management markets worldwide.
As an entomologist, Mr. Scherer has developed protocols for schools and other sensitive accounts that continue to serve as standard industry practice within the pest management industry.
Gary W. Rollins
Chairman Emeritus
Gary W. Rollins has served as a Director of Rollins, Inc. since 1981 and has been the Executive Chairman Emeritus of the Board since 2025. Previously, he served as Chairman of the Company beginning in 2020. Mr. Rollins also held the role of Chief Executive Officer of Rollins, Inc. from 2001 to 2022.
Mr. Rollins has extensive knowledge of the Company’s business and industry having started out as a technician with the Company and serving in various roles of increasing responsibility for over 56 years, all the way up to CEO. Under Mr. Rollins’ leadership as CEO over the past 20 years, the Company has experienced dramatic expansion that has significantly increased its value and global footprint. In 2020, Mr. Rollins was named one of Atlanta’s Most Admired CEOs by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. In 2021, he received the Crown Leadership Lifetime Achievement Award from Pest Control Technology magazine for his decades of success supporting the industry. This award is determined by previous Crown Leadership Award recipients and is one of the most prestigious industry awards that is only given to those who have dedicated more than 25 years to advancing pest control.
Mr. Rollins has played an active role in upholding his strong family legacy of philanthropy. Under his guidance and passion for giving, Rollins’ employees have supported the United Way of Greater Atlanta since 1985. Over the course of our 41-year history with United Way, Rollins has raised over $21 million through employee donations and company matches that went to local communities in need. Mr. Rollins has been instrumental in instilling a culture of serving our community and has established Rollins as a community leader.
Mr. Rollins previously served as a Director of Marine Products Corporation from 2001 to 2025 and RPC, Inc. from 1984, both NYSE companies. Additionally, he served as a Director of Genuine Parts Company from 2005 to 2017, as well as Trustee Emeritus of the Emory University Board of Trustees. He is a past member of the Board of Trustees of Children’s Egleston Hospital and a former Trustee at The Westminster School.
Mr. Rollins earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
