Rollins, Inc. Increases Dividend by 12 Percent
ATLANTA, Jan. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Rollins, Inc., a nationwide consumer services company (NYSE: ROL), announced today that the Board of Directors approved a 12% increase in the Company's quarterly dividend. The increased regular quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share will be payable March 10, 2009 to stockholders of record at the close of business February 10, 2009. This marks the seventh consecutive year the Board has increased its dividend a minimum of 12% or greater.
