SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Quarterly Dividend On January 23, 2023, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.13 payable March 10, 2023 to stockholders of record at the close of business February 10, 2023. The Company expects to continue to pay cash dividends to the common stockholders, subject to the earnings and financial condition of the Company and other relevant factors. |
